A legit 50 in Halo 2 did not exist. It was impossible. Though I agree with you on the DMR. There are optimal times to spam and times to pace. However online and LAN are 2 completely different things. DMR on LAN makes sense, online, its a piece of shit.

If your enemy is spraying your body while the redicule is big you have a 50% chance of it going strait. So you have a 50/50 chance of your shot hitting at 2X the fireing speed on the head. While the other player could be going slow making sure of his shots the other player still has a chance to kill you.

@HELPS1DE No ones complaining its just really good to releive the old times when i first started playing video games when everyone wasnt a asshole and when custom games where things other than mlg. Noone plays infection or anything in reach the funnest thing about halo3 was the custom games the fatkids the trying to get out of maps. theres almost none of that in reach.
@ThumbsUpMike I have to agree, except for the fact that they didn't need to build great maps because forge is so fantastic, the maps coming from the MLG forge community are inspirationally good. Bungie only built 3-4 maps they wanted to be MLG quality and the rest are for "competitive" and social style playlists such as firefight and zombies. They wanted a player friendly map selection but forge has allowed for probably upwards of 10 maps good enough for MLG circuit built by the community.
@rhstsoccer forge is good in halo reach but it is also narrowed down! your kinda limited with creativity if you wanna make like big team maps!
you cant really make a big team map with the hemorrhage spot or the paradisio spot...cuz the flow cant be changed cuz of the rocks and mountains and shit on it that you cant delete:/
like they give us two empty squares that are big enough for only team slayer maps...why not give a big ass empty square for a big team slayer creativity map?
@ThumbsUpMike well 343 has built enough BTB maps, and I don't play BTB the maps are simple and easy. I forge MLG maps, and so do the other good forgers, very few talented forgers build BTB full time or at all. MLG Maps are of higher quality, playable in a team slayer, or any other competitive gametype climate. Just, MLG maps are more important than BTB, I know more of the community play it but no one makes money doing.

for 2009 i think there is going to be a good showdown between instinct and str8 rippin now that instinct has walshy and neighbor. I think there will be many moments like this in 2009 between them.
str8 rippin didnt rape instinct when they got walshy, it evened out the battles a lot. Now that instinct has neighbor too i think that it will be much more exciting to watch them play. Did you even know that neighbor joined instinct? you are stuck in 2008, the 2009 circut starts in a few months.
RST463 WINS THE MATCH. walshy and neighbor, if they can maintain their team throughout the season will dominate the circuit, leaving str8 to battle for first. HOWEVER, neighbors prior experience gives him that much of an edge over str8, and walshy's strategy combined ah well...basically, havok, you lose. NEXT ROUND!

I'm not gonna lie T2 is pretty damn good, but when I watched T2, Legit, Legend Pimps and their friend V7 lose at a Florida Gaming tournament he looked like he was going to cry.
Then at a $1000 money tournament at the Game Knights Gaming Center in DeBary, FL T2, Legit, Elamite Warrior, and V7 lost to T2's old H2 teammate Havok.
He Stormed out hopped into his Jeep or whatever it was and cried while listening to rap.
It's sad, really.

for 2009 i think there is going to be a good showdown between instinct and str8 rippin now that instinct has walshy and neighbor. I think there will be many moments like this in 2009 between them.

str8 rippin didnt rape instinct when they got walshy, it evened out the battles a lot. Now that instinct has neighbor too i think that it will be much more exciting to watch them play. Did you even know that neighbor joined instinct? you are stuck in 2008, the 2009 circut starts in a few months.

RST463 WINS THE MATCH. walshy and neighbor, if they can maintain their team throughout the season will dominate the circuit, leaving str8 to battle for first. HOWEVER, neighbors prior experience gives him that much of an edge over str8, and walshy's strategy combined ah well...basically, havok, you lose. NEXT ROUND!
