SupportSpace is growing, its a great service. Only thing I can think that is negative is the level of experience each tech has some just put you off, others actually care if you get your problem fixed.
Good point! SupportSpace experts go through certification and training and lately started receiving "weekly tips" to give them tools to provide great tech support and maintain the level of service our customers deserve.
I was a expert, the certification wasn't that hard. But it is getting better I suppose. You can't change the way the expert feels about his customers most of them are in for the money. I was an expert I had to leave due to my age.
