As much as I'm glad Tommy is in the band now, that statement is not entirely accurate. KISS offered Ace to be a part of the Symphony/2003 tour, but he declined to take part. That is the only reason why Peter was brought back... Their contract stipulated they needed 3 original members.

Actually I think there are two pinacles for this band -- the Destroyer/Rock and Roll Over period and the Revenge/reunion (95-96) tour periods.
