Wow, I think I will try it since I've had blackheads on my nose area for years and I could not find anyway to complete remove all of it. Scrubs, toners, pore strips, you name it, all didn't work :( I'm a bit scared to try this because I heard it could burn your skin and the ingredients in the toothpaste just doesn't seem right for your skin, the salt is also too harsh! I think toothpaste is better than gel, and if you use the most regular toothpaste you find (a VERY basic toothpaste, VERY cheap) likely you will not irritate your skin, mainly if you have a sensitive skin. All of those things to white your teeth, and bla bla may hurt some people's skin.

Okay so I did this on my whole face last night after I saw it helped my nose. My face was a little pink but It did wear off! I woke up this morning and noticed my face looked A LOT clearer than it did before the wash. This actually worked! This is an awesome scrub. Okay since you are using salt grains those are a little harsh so make sure you rub your face in a circular and gentle motion if not you may scratch you skin. It does sting but it's nothing you can't handle. Will be doing this weekly.

@l0v3rsuck if you wait the 5 mins the salt dissolves a little in the toothpaste and softens the scrub. also rub in gentle circular motions it can be a tiny bit stingy but if your using a peppermint paste it cools at the same time. im a beautician and we used this technique in a college trial once. works wonders.

I just did this again for the second time on my entire face. After leaving it on for about five minutes, it forms a mask which you then have to gently massage before removing with a damp towel. I ended the process by rinsing my face with cold water (to close the pores) and then applied a blackhead clearing toner. I must say my skin is much more clear and bright than it was before, a lot of my blackheads are gone and my skin feels soft and very clean. If you are wondering, yes, this works!!

I just used this method for the first time on my nose and chin and it actually worked pretty well to remove most blackheads. The pores on my nose are always very enlarged for some reason, so I ALWAYS have bad blackheads. This technique works better than countless expensive products I've tried. if you feel like u have a pimple growing then put garlic on it then it will go away. but it will burn so be careful and it only works if u feel like its growing so dont put it on if the pimple is already grown. just rub the garlic on it. it just evaporates away after you rub the garlic on it.
