I just purchased your book online and I'm really hoping it'll work for me - I only need to lose 20kgs to be at my optimum weight, and for me, I'd be happy with 15kgs. My current nutritionist has me on Duromine (the chemical equivalent of speed), and now I'm hoping I can come off that as soon as I've read your book!! I thought this was a last resort, but now I'm excited for the first time in ages about losing weight! :o) Wish me luck.
I lost so much weight I almost disapered completely. They had to actually get me fat again just to know where I was.
