  • I saw them perform last saturday in Moergestel (Holland) and it was fantastic. It was the second time I saw them live.I like the band and especcially George who always takes the time to have a chat with fans. Years ago my wife was very ill, a few months before she died we went to Ireland (Dublin and the wicklow mountains) for a week, in that period we often listened to The Fureys, that's why this music is so important for me personally. ps. Luke my compliments for the way you play the whistle.

  • Yesterday we heard them play this one live in Meursinge Westerbork. Seemed like a private concert with only 120 people in the house. Liked the show a lot.

  • i'm english born in scotland and have a scottish dad, he introduced me to the fureys music when i was a kid and i absolutley love theie music even though i'm a drum and bass boy and have been for 20 years the thing is im now 31 and ive liked the fureys since i could walk i rekon they are proper outstanding would love to see them live

  • This is a great tune, I heard them live a month ago and you can tell they are good as they sound just as good or better live than on CD, same it can't be said for some artists today.

  • Because his head got too big, simple. Although he is an amazing instrument player together these guys have better voices
