This is very helpful, thank you very much! However, now my upper thread keeps getting jammed by wrapping around the sharp point of the shuttle. Essentially, I can sew for about 1 inch and then it stops sewing. The bottom of the fabric has lots of looped, loose thread. What should I do? Thank you.
I'm new to sewing and I took out my shuttle hook while cleaning out thread and I could not figure out how to get it back in. I spent a long time searching the internet to figure out my dilemma and your video was the ONLY thing I could find. It was SOOOO helpful! Thanks!!
Thank you. I may need to replace my shuttle hook. My machine has been sewing then breaking the cotton every so often. It isn't the tension like people keep telling me as I've made sure I've tried every tension setting and it breaks on every one. My machine is 10 years old... do you think I need to replace my bobbin case too?
Wonderful information.!! How do you adjust the "timing" of a machine is it something I can do?
