Think about it: Proposition 23 will suspend AB 32 until unemployment drops to 5.5%. It's no secret that the oil companies sponsoring Proposition 23 are strongly opposed to AB 32. If Proposition 23 becomes law, would they then want to see unemployment drop enough to trigger the re-implementation of AB 32? Of course not. Proposition 23 has nothing to do with reducing enemployment. The "reduce unemployment" rhetoric is just a smokescreen for Proposition 23's real goal, which is to kill AB 32.

This is comical! We need to invest more in these industries but in California, but prop 23 is a threat to those investments. Prop 23 is down in the polls, but the Yes on 23 campaign just got a new influx of hot, anonymous cash, so we'll need to fend them off in the home stretch to Election Day.

If you are a small business vulnerable to energy costs, then why don't you get with the times and put some solar panels on your GD roof instead of whining that you need more government subsidized dirty energy. Seriously, the tea baggers and fat happy Republicans (look at the chin on this pig, or the arm flaps on the pig in the background) keep crying about big goverment, while the government is owned by the very oil companies they are defending. Solar and wind equals American independence.

've worked for 20 years with one of the largest Air Pollution control agencies in California. AB32 will put thousands of people out of work. Vote YES on Prop 23 to stop this. THIS HAS NOTHING to do with "Big Oil". It will kill small business as THEY ARE THE ONES who are regulated (AB32) by CARB and Local Air Quality agencies, NOT "big oil". Why not develop Green sources alongside existing sources? It's all about control. Democrats want to shove this down our throats like everything else.

But if you take out the gobal warming and look at it from an economical stand point, prop 23 is a job killer in California, a huge growth industry in california are clean energy. @knollibe Well, first off all, seem to think about brutes numbers when it is non-recommended for different reasons. Secondly, a solar cell, made in China, imported in USA made about 58g of CO2/KWh produced when gas powered electrical central made about 500g of CO2/KWh in long term. Now, if you call upkeep it for long enough and get some money back from "the grid", you know...

When China is basically opening 2 large coal power plants a week and you think the that shutting California down will do anything? Then you want to talk about green jobs? Where are they?
