David is one of the bravest people ever. I admire him greatly for not only running in the 5K Race For Hope but also speaking and staying all day to sign and take pictures with the cancer survivors. That couldn't have been an easy thing to do. He has such character. Nice to see in the music industry today.
He looked like he'd been crying & hadn't slept for days when he first came out (can't see it in video) but overall he held up pretty well considering he left right afterward to make his way to his brother's viewing/funeral. You could tell he wasn't as into it as he would normally be but he tried hard to be. I walked out at the end feeling so sad for him...
