This is an excellent summary! It does have two technical problems in that, I had to stop it constantly to read the blurbs and in several points it contains abrupt jerky transitions. Nevertheless thanks for making it; I have added it to my favorites.

If Roger would have just let the music flow the way it should have after The Wall. There wouldn't have been a huge problem. As you stated he fired Rich AFTER The Wall was recorded.

I loved The Final Cut but I will admit the album could have been better as half of the album I wasn't very interested in. Most people consider The Final Cut to simply be an add on to The Wall.

thanks for this! Howeer pink floyd was highly influenced by drugs for most of their careers, whether it was LSD or cannabis they all used, and it helped form their sound into what we all love today

Brilliant short history telling of Pink Floyd, they have been my favourite band since I heard Dark side of the moon at the age about 12 years old, I'm now 43. I've been lucky to of seen them live on 2 different ocasions, Momentry lapse of reason tour at old Wembley stadium and Division bell tour at Earls court, definetly the best band of all time. I couldn't imagine my music collection without Pink Floyd at the top of the list.

absolutly the best biography ive ever seen on pink floyd to date they are a band that brings a tear to my eyes with every song expecially once the best musican ever joined.....of course im talking about david gilmore i wold pay any price to meet the greatest perfomer of all time
