I've had cops quote to me (usually through a friend or family member, not directly) that as long as you're doing the speed limit, you can drive in any lane you want. I mean, IF there's a speed limit, what is meant by 'high speed' lane? Now that I know that people everywhere suffer from this mental delusion, I'm going to start filming local Rhode Island drivers that react (poorly) to my choice to travel left of center at any speed I want! Boo yaaa!
