Great job! With your small hands you should look in to a short scale guitar (25" to 24.5" or so). The slightly closer frets and lower string tension will make the stretches and pressing much easier and faster.

Forgive me if I am wrong, but I can swear that your capo is on the 2nd fret. (Cant see the head of your guitar but your inlay dots gave it away). Anyways, I would like to let you know that this song is originally played with the capo on the 3rd fret. You will find the sound sweeter, give it a try. Take a look at Masaaki's original video, or at Flower by Andy McKnee. Hope you enjoy em.

It may sound weird, but I prefer your cover to the original one played by Masaaki Kishibe in some videos I found, and other people's covers. Maybe because of the speed, it is a song that has to be played slowly, to really get the feeling of it. You did catch the perfect tempo... (to me of course, other people may think different)

@tomberntien89 I've been playing for about 3 years now, I watched your videos and you're doing really good imo, though I have a little bit of advice; try to let your notes ring out more. When listening to your videos I noticed you cut off your notes very quickly a lot of the time, let them ring :) it will make your playing sound prettier!

@keepitrolln Thanks :) it's not 100% acoustic, I've got it plugged into a line6 toneport GX but I didn't add any effects, just the plain "acoustic guitar" sound. Hope you can decide soon enough, I really love mine with silk & steel strings :)

@aungjp Using the tabs to learn the song is a lot quicker and easier ;o though if you want to learn from videos, you should use your eyes to know around which area the fingers are placed, and then use your ear to make out the exact fret and string. Tabs are a really good place to start when you're a beginner though! And over time your ear will grow better.
