If you're insinuating Christianity, then they were in the middle east long before Muslims. Islam is a political system today that persecutes other faiths wherever they find them. You don't see Christians doing this.

What faith were the Germans? What did they do to the Jews? That was the largest religious persecution in history.
The Crusades were religously motivated where Muslims and Jews were masaccared together.
I respect all faiths, you can't blame a faith for what its pracitioners do as criminals. That is what I mean to point out.
