hey, that's cool that your mom is so great.  i just had a hysto a week ago with dr. pamela chan at kaiser. fortunately, kaiser covered everything but my copay including a night in the hospital. i highly recommend dr. chan. also, go laproscopic if you can. recovery time is amazing. i had very little pain and am ready to go back to work after a little more than a week!

Hey man, it's cool you still had a great thanksgiving. i kinda had two cause my girlfriends family is far away and that one was awkward. even with my family being so accepting from the start i can relate to the uncomfortable part. hope the rest of your holiday is great!

I was adopted too. I was the only one and they ONLY WANTED A GIRL, so I understand the guilt you feel. If you had been born to them they couldn't have picked what sex you were, and they would have accepted whatever you were at birth, now I don't feel guilty anymore...

being with family is definitely awkward during transition. i can feel my family members evaluating me intently, trying to "figure me out" or something of the sort. I feel that guilt with my mom, as well. nice video
