Ah man, that had all the setting to be a decent sequel to Lost Boys. Alan gone hellfire vampire out for revenge, Sam who is now a vampire wants some kind of revenge and we have Edgar slap bang in the middle of it all. It all went to hell when Haim died. Instead we got what is now the Thirst... so disappointing.

I'm the only one who liked this movie, or atleast one of the few. Why? Because it's a good vampire movie. Nothing like The Lost Boys, but none the less, a excellent vampire movie. Same with the third movie. You people are just disliking it because it isn't like the original. Nothing is ever like something that's original. But it doesn't mean you can't enjoy it.

I'm a HUGE Lost Boys fan, btw and hated the idea of a cheesy sequel. The 1st one was good for many reasons, one of them being that it WASN'T about the Coreys! It was an ensemble cast, with a story that affected more than just them. Unless u get that feel back, it's all crap.

@candycane15 but this movie is what launched " The Two Corey's" to the start status they had..They were the Affleck and Damon of their generation and granted they became practically bros, they didn't want a gimmick like the 2 Corey's thing but it was pushed on them by those Hollywood money leeches known as Agents....Not being mean to you just yeah.....And I also hated the second Lost Boys......I liked after the credits but that's about it...

In a nutshell, Sam notices that his grandpa's a half-breed, due to the rootbeer tastes of blood, sam asks grandpa if this is true, which he confirms, grandpa says that he was turned by widow johnson, sam and the frog brothers went out to kill widow johnson, alan gets forced to drink the head vamps blood and says he likes it., they kill the widow and notice alan is gone. michael and star are the parents of chris and nicole, so sam is their uncle. Sam and Edgar team up to take out alan...
