Shia was not at fault since the other driver ran a red light...meaning Shia had the rightaway. He was "hammered"? says who? He appeared intoxicated/disoriented bc his truck was UPSIDE down...it's called a concussion. THere is no proof that he was 'hammered' or drunk/wasted. We won't know that for 2 to 3 weeks when the DA decides if there will be a case. Effing media should get their FACTS STRAIGHT PLEASE!!!!!
