Does it matter, if the hives released a song with the same name?

There are MANY MANY songs with the same name but completely different

Abba has SOS - Rihanna has her song called SOS, both in which sounds like crap but both different

Machine Head has a song called Halo - and the Pussycat Dolls too have a song called Halo. But both are different but Halo by machine head is amazing! pussycat dolls can go to hell
