Never liked this new version. They redid a few of their older singles when Dominic Davi left the band--depressing, considering it was HIS band. But I still adore M, even in her newer bands, The Action Design and Survival Guide. The new versions remove references to Dom, or elements he influenced, taking a lot of the early punk out.
For example, compare the rushed beat and droning chorus here to the original version: (watch?v=BSN0o8qOaaE). No sim-less copy exists :/
@VIIxKnives Some of their song's they play differently Live. You maybe heard the fast version of this song which they usually played Live (Which I liked a lot more). I've also heard a different version of "Take the Reigns". Not sure why though. I wish I could get a copy of all their versions. @_@ I love their music. I only have one copy of their stuff from the CD's I bought long ago. But I hear all these alternate versions and I really want them. XD
