I used the original LEGO joker's face and....

Well I just used some clay for hair and painted a bit of black around the joker's eyes.

Well I just take some yellow clay and black clay

if you mix them both, you need only a VERY small amount of black clay.

you mix them until you get the darkgreen you want. grab a black pen and your joker face from the batman sets, paint black around his eyes, and model the clay over your joker's head.

So actually pretty easy :)
