I've been looking at the Epiphone Joe Pass Emperor II, the Epiphone Wildkat, the Epiphone Limited Edition Riviera P93, the Epiphone Dot, and some of the Ibanez Artcore models, though I like the looks of the Epiphones more...I've never played any of them, though.

I have small hands, if that helps (about 6in. from the base of my palm to the tip of my middle finger), but they are fairly flexible.

Just a question, I'm more of a beginner when it comes to guitar (a little over 6 months experience) and I'm thinking of switching to jazz, but I currently only own an acoustic...do I need new equipment?
