A lot of these creatures you look for aren't even form this dimension (hairy men) they slip in and out (as humans can enter their dimension also), the dino sightings seem to be time slips, yes there are also extrterestrials around and about, and creatures that haven't been discovered yet.

That is my feeling also. I am not sure if all cryptids are from the parallel dimension/s but a certain % of them are. Like the Burrnjor (T rex type of animal) in Australia or the Kasai Rex from Africa
