  • I wonder how Russia, who wants the ruble to be the currency reserve , ever pull it off. Their Economy is in worse shape than America or UK.

  • Can anyone shed some light on why October or the fall in general seems to be the time when significant changes are expected to occur? What is it about this time of the year that causes or triggers things in the financial world to occur?

  • The big question for me is will the american Govts 'attempt' to take away all the guns and ammo from the masses BEFORE the people take to the streets or AFTER the people take to the streets...because if we study history these Dictators usually do it before* stay safe people, keep ur eyes on Califormia.

  • "... we told the world we wouldn't do that..."

so, it appears that we're bein' re-presented (though in fact we're not bein' represented) by not only thieves but liars,too.. I typed re-presented because to represent you first have to be presented w/something, that something being our wishes and demands, which they don't take back to Washington and represent our wishes,etc.. they don't care what we say or what we think.. a war was fought with the British for that same reason..No Taxation w/o Re

  • you're right on point, we've been lied to for yrs and we're so embarassed for bein' so trusting..

  • Can I adopt you as brother, brother? Love ya man.

  • tinyurl (dotttt) com/d2vbgo

  • yes, look at the unrest in China, the police are shooting people and going door to door rounding people up

  • Wait until the soldiers in Afghanistan are brought home and these battle hardened soldiers open fire on communities across America and the UK.Will they do their duty and fire or will they demand government govern for the people, with the secret police in tow I await the bloodbath that was democracy?

  • Thanks Charlie,

    Totally agree.

  • It will be interesting to see the "average, middle-class" folks from the burbs lose it and start acting like many "of those people* do, when social morays are gone, survival of the fittest. That will be a scary time in all arenas.

  • Awesome perspective Charlie. Didn't you say you were going to be a guest on Jeff Rense's show tomorrow. Look forward to hearing ya Thanks.

  • i want a major collapse. I want hyperinflation and I want total civil unrest..why? because i want to move out of this country! why cant i just move out? it would be easier to convince my American wife then :) I'm unemployed and when i used to work i was very unhappy and felt like a slave with no life...do u blame me to think like that? U shouldn't. I think other countries are better now and one can have better life in other countries than in USA. anyone thinks the same?

  • ankush 760,

I'm an unemployed electrical engineer and was unhappy also while employed. I also think about leaving the country before the unrest starts....but what country should one move to?

Are you an engineer also? What did you hate most about your job.

  • newzealand looks good to me

  • back home to India, Delhi but this is only if you have a good house, rich dad, and a new business idea. I happen to have it all but 10 yrs ago i was young and i liked sexy girls and beautiful houses and clean air but today i like my freedom more than any above. I want to say NO to slavery, NO to cooking, cleaning, mowing, shoveling, grocery shopping and then doing a job to top it off. I am worried I will die doing just above all the time here and no one will even care about it unless i do first.

  • also, i was in IT, desktop support, looking at PC monitor all the time which gave me headaches and when i finally used to get home, I was dead tired thinking of what to cook for dinner (you guessed it, American wives do not cook.) so i had to cook after a long day of job. grrr..as far as job, i hate to take orders not from white folks or whatever. the feeling that no matter what i do my salary will remain the same. i could be home with my wife or kids or just be stress free..i want FREEDOM NOW!!

  • You sound burnt out. All I want is freedom also.

When it comes to working: I hate the idea of getting payed the same no mater how much one works....but my main issue with working is all the busy work created by dead weight management ....they create jobs just to employee people. The job has no real meaning.

You should see the movie Office Space if you haven't already seen it.

  • Great video, Charlie! Agree, think the next leg down is this fall... matches Martin Armstrong's theory as well. Also market should be at most 6500-6800 now (i think) ... really propped up. Have a good week.

  • IMO, civil unrest, riots, looting etc... will start in California... probably the LA area. This is the main reason I moved out of Cali in March.

When will this happen?... who knows, but I definitely know it's coming. The US gooberment cannot keep this facade going forever.

  • As usualy, good stuff. Thanks for making these videos.

  • Huge smoke and mirrors campaigns going on - on the one hand there's a lot of noise that this recession is easing but then Irish retail figures come out in June and they're the worst ever. It could get worse ...

Welfare in Ireland is just enough to get by on and for now it doesn't 'run out' like in the US. What will happen when people and children are hungry?

Economists want to cut welfare here by 5% which is less than deflation!

There are few jobs - 1200 people applying for 1 job the norm

  • Great point. Also there is nothing on the horizon to fill the employment gap. We are screwed. There was not much of a choice but to be so in love with Obama and to have our country so completely destroyed by him will be astounding to these voters. Will we ever have a limited government candidate that will let us fail so we can finally succeed.

  • very insightful and so true, Charlie

i didn't think about embarrassement, good one

those faces will be red for two reasons :o (anger being the other)

but i think embarrassement would mostly only register on those that have been fooling themselves or have just enough intelligence to almost see what we see.

with most sheep, i think just rage would register.

    october, praying big time.

your channel brings up unique, new and powerful information i don't get anywhere else.

    awesome :) God bless!

  • Charlie, you just gave me an excellent business idea!

I'm going to manufacture civil unrest signs! Stuff like "I'm awake now, finally, and I'm pissed!" and "okay so I voted for Obama, and I didn't listen to the guys with tinfoil hats, but they were right and I was wrong, and now I'm marching in the street because my kids have no food".

    I'm going to be RICH.

  • I have a better idea Drutter. I think effigies are going to be really in demand. The more they look like the people you hate the better.

Also wanted posters like the old west, put people like Bernanke on the poster with a reward.

  • Regarding social unrest, let me just say one thing. The online community is no longer a fringe group of nerds. EVERYBODY is online now. Even the smallest business has a website. Every TV channel has streaming video online. Hundreds of social networking sites. YouTube has huge communities of people. This is part of society, now.

With that said, look around you. There's social unrest right here in this very channel!

Social unrest is definitely already here. We are FUCKIN PISSED and making noise!

  • I think your "bang on" Charlie...the thing is these problems have been "kicked down the field" for years...energy, regulations for Wall Street etc. they have now turned into 5 headed monster.

  • I think when we see actual civil unrest, as in riots, deaths, looting, etc... it will be dependent upon how much and how successful the government is at manipulating the economy. I think anytime within the next 5 to 59 months is a fairly good time-frame, but it could take even a little longer than that. There is no way to tell what exotic plans for manipulation our government will be able to come up with. When it does happen, it will be because of jobs, taxes, gas, and food. Prepare now!

  • We shall see what is coming. Thank You Charlie.

  • govt officials in germany are saying that their recession might have ended in q2 of this year. bull crap! I bet the us tries to say the same thing soon

  • I agree with you that the next leg down is likely to come after October.

  • Insofar as the decline...I heard it put this way. Imagine your're skiing down a mountain from the summit. The decline is much more rapid at the top. You decelarate, but your're still going down the hill. Good video Charlie.

  • I really like your commentary. Did you say that you were in the military? I did 5 yrs in the Air force and really appreciate military members and Vets speaking out against "Empire" and unjust wars. I think that is a large part of how we got where we are.

  • I agree, but it won't last two or three years. The depression could last for the next 10 years and the standard of living will be reset at a permanent lower water mark

  • Hey charlie, try to keep your spirits up during these wild times. you seem like a good, innocent soul. I wouldent want to see you turn bitter like myself. i caught myself becoming cynical and I had to change. Love, brendan

  • thanks man- ill keep my head on straight.

  • Probably late this fall youll want that zombie bumper on the truck

  • Im looking for a huge wild card soon because the economic charade will be over soon. They know it and will never admit they caused it. A war, a pandemic, anything to blame it away...oh the stimulus was working well we were just about to turn the corner and then this happened. So convenient.

  • food shortages will cause many countries to liqudate their dollar reserves for food...that will begin the the dollar collapse...china is in severe drough, california and florida, mexico and parts of canada...the arab states and africa too need food and will liquidate their reserves to stem political violence at home...food not fuel is the key to the death of the dollar...once these parcels of dollars begin their return home it will be over for the dollar

  • i think the same thing

  • ever hear the joke about the flys on the turd in the toilet...? "the logs gonna roll over and we all gonna drown"

  • I must disagree w/you on this. The masses (and that's what they are, herds) will never realize that "Wall St" and Obama are joint culprits. With the help the media, w/their brainwashing into multicult-deconstruction (it's been in the air for decades), they will follow Obama off a cliff and blame "rich, white men." You overestimate the American populace. The blacks will never abandon Obama; the libs will blame capitalism. Besides, it's not Wall St (I work in NYC hedge fund) - it's Goldman.

  • NO DOUBT about it.

  • You may be right, with some interesting socio/political analysis (right or wrong) but I am straining to see relevance. If people go mob (any people/any reason): who they blame will not protect the innocents in their path. If they are hungry & you have food, you are a target. We're not discussing upset voters, societies' niches & herd probability according to 18th century econo-philosophers, even political inconvenience or radical change: we are talking total social & economic collapse.

  • thanks for the insight. i do think alot of "middle" america will wake up - but the left and right coasts are lost to the social/fascist crowd. I should'nt paint with such a broad brush when talking about bankers. I realize its a small band of elite not all of W/S . what is the feeling in NYC on the direction of capitalism?

  • Most people I work w/opposed the bailouts and saw them for what they were - but immediately profited from an oversold market (we all jumped in on 3/9/09). Finance people are "political atheists" a la Celente (we read the Trends Journal). Bush/Obama mean to entrench the biggest players, who use these crisis to pull up the ladders of opportunity. Small biz, entrepreneurs suffer, as do legit, non-TARP creditors/bondholders, re Chrysler. I am VERY worried a/b freedom generally being discredited

  • Whoa man, I live on the east coast and I definitely don't like the direction this country is headed. Though I suppose I haven't been able to get through to anyone about this either. Um... maybe you are right. Crud, I wonder what I should do?

  • Hope for the best & prepare for the worst. You might also think about relocation in the longer-term.

  • Jrien, Most people on the east coast don't have a clue what is about to happen, I have tried to mention a few things and I might as well be speaking martian :-O

  • If you live in a city, Get out. Get somewhere where you can sustain yourself off the land.

  • When there is no food on the table, you don't have to have much of a imagination to comprehend what scenario is going to play out.

  • correct

  • another friend told me to google earth the Port of houston..the largest port in the US...its almost empty...and if you look carefully the ships there are high in the water....empty...

looking at rail yards you will find they are full of empyt cars...

    things are not getting better....

  • do you know what the date of the images are ? Could be quite old

  • not sure when the date the images were captured.

  • Google: London Telegraph Operation Black Jack. Psychological preparation or fictional scenario?

  • History has shown over and over that events such as economic crashes, revolution and war generally will start after the Harvest. Which makes another October surprise a good bet.

  • what few folks know is that the harvest this year will be smaller than usual due to the fact that banks did not loan many farmers money for fertilizer and seeds this spring...we will see food prices skyrocket in the fall...I have a friend who owns a barge company that exclusively ships fertilizer up the mississippi...they have docked 1/2 their barges ...other companies are out of business....stock up folks...

  • GalaxySmith,

well of course if you have a job u could care less about anyone who doesnt. Yes there are jobs out there but we have more unemployed folks playing musical chairs for the little jobs that do exist. Most of those jobs are very low paying jobs and its damn hard and near impossible to take care of a wife and four children off of a $14,000/yr income. College grads are finding out that the only jobs that are avaliable to them are jobs they would have taken if they didnt go to school.

  • I'm surprised civil unrest hasn't happened already.

  • Thanks Charlie. Hope you continue this channel regardless of your employment status. You are a good "reality check". Best.

  • thanks dm

  • I also hope people remember that we're all in this together and that looting, stealing, & mass panic/hysteria is not the way to go. It's like Charlie said in an earlier video, "...get your head in the real game so that you don't wake up one day homeless, lose your mind, and start killing people". Get your mind right!

  • it would be dow 3k if you put the failed financials, gm and chrysler back on the dow..its all a shell game...

  • good point

  • I just hope people direct their anger in the right place and don't forget who the real enemy is. If we destroy ourselves because of our collective frustration.. they've won.

  • it wont, cant work without jobs. Who will invest in USA now and build a factory?

  • until it really falls apart no one will invest in us. once its shattered private money will jump on lifetime bargins. thats just my opinion.

  • the big problem isnt the lack of investment but rather the lack of infrastructure to reindustrialize...we dont have the means to reindustrialize....we lack the trained machinist and mechine shops to retool factories...the last of those folks are aging out of the workforce...and there are few taking their place...it took 20 years to shed ourselves of our industrial base...it will be a herculean task that will take more than a decade to turn around ..if ever..we threw our birthright away..very sad

  • -centerville

Agreed. And the number of skilled workers in these particular areas of industry is shrinking.

It is unfortunate that the US is only good at losing wars in order to create employment and a nationalistic fervor to drown out the din of corruption, mounting debt, centralization of power and control, and the usurped concepts of Law and Order,

  • great comment

  • Hungry angry mobs, breaking glass and looting, in US city streets may never happen. I sincerely hope it never does. A rational planner, looking at the facts, and honestly reviewing the numbers, has to prepare for the possibility. If you are single & unemployed in a long list of US cities, no reason to stay. It gets tougher with family: I'm grateful (so far) to be in a semirural area south. I will bunker in & hold what I got..or die on the front porch defending it and all that I believe.

  • as long as what you believe is the same as what Jesus taught , you know love your neighbor as your self, feed the hungry give to the poor take care of the elderly, sick, you know

  • Scary stuff. Modern Mystic is saying that the talk about changing the cash reserve currency is just sabre-rattling -for now. Cuz when we go down, they go down. But I do know that they want to change it at some point.

    Good vid

  • Anytime I think about the Banks, I think about the Joker burning all that money in the Dark Knight.

  • the government is trying to reinflate the "bubbles"....even if they succeed it cannot be sustained...it will create an even bigger bubble of even more catastrophic bursting power....

  • i agree

  • I agree...soon....

  • im preparing for ui to run out...ive grown a huge garden, im building and installing passive solar heating(air and water) devices on my home. im working on LED lighting and other ways to eliminate/reduce my reliance on the grid...if folks are smart they will do more to be self sustaining with only a meager income.

im preparing to get out of the way of the mob

  • When the Safety Nets can no longer support the rising unemployment, all hell will break loose.

  • yep

  • I am actually embarrassed for you guys.. Giving money and more power to the Mobsters and allowing them to give no answers and no results. They have record profits while record disasters happen. Its an amazing thing.. So few are taking so much... Talk about open theft!!

  • so am i

  • Im not suprised Martial. For every hardworking person getting screwed as you just put it. There are now 4 lazy people that are sapping off the government doing nothing for a living but making babies to sap off the government. I know because I see it every day of the week at work. They want socialism. They pray for socialism. VV is right. When the government fails them, they will not want to work hard to better themselves, they will want only MORE government. Ignorance is bliss today.

  • You know, people got jobs in the 1930s too. My family hasn't been affected by recession at all. Anecdotal evidence is BS.

  • great comment

  • well isn't that special

  • :) Ohh be nice

  • I'm happy for you for finding a job. And if it was as easy as you say, I'd be happy about that too.

Unfortunately only lucky or skilled people like you get a job. This is because there is just not enough jobs available for all the people that needs one.

You can do the arithmetic. If 2 people need a job and there is only 1 available, obviously only one will get hired...

  • I make 6 figures now. Here this whole time I thought it was because I paid my dues getting my education and working through schoool. Then I took a couple stepping stone jobs...10 years later here I am.

I could have saved myself a ton of blood sweat and tears if I'd have known one day I would wake up and get lucky huh?! Wake up people, its not the socialist country you dream for yet.

  • i can find a job at 1/3 my previous salery and LESS than ui benefits...its not that jobs are nonexistent they are not the sort of job an adult with a home and children can sustain his household with. im luckier than most..i own my home and dont have many bills...i live in a remote area that requires 100 mile commute to better employment opportunities...im prepared to make that move when i HAVE to..but till then ill hold out and prepare
