haha being a kid who grew up in California, I thought this was really interesting. actually it wasn't that different from here. I have asian, indian, and white friends all the same just like her.

Excellent. I have often had the private thought, as an American, that India would be such a wonderful and incredible place to grow up. There is a freedom there (under the right circumstances) that is not availiable in the west. Kid heaven.
