Kelly, not eww at all! i wash the potatoes very well and i think it is all up to you if you want to peel it! to each his own :)

thats about 2 KG of potatoes, milk, butter and salt...it is very yummy, i would expect anyone to eat the whole thing. thanks for coming by!

Honeytoast, i like to make it with the peel on because it gives it a nice flavor, also the skin is high in fibers and vitamins, so why peel it a way?? again, you can be as creative as you want and add whatever you want to it...it is super good with cheddar cheese!
