Just to add, these guys have no soul no groove, just boring stuff as if they are trying really hard to be innovative. Bassists that are better than any one of these guys are, Victor wooten, Victor Bailey, Marcus Miller, Stanley Clarke, Jaco Pastorius, Les CLaypool, REggie Hamilton and of course Bootsy COllins and then maybe one of these clowns.

Unique? Really? It's nothing more than a Precision with Jazz pickups added and a generic preamp. To me, the FEnders don't sing like the Kubickis did for him.

You obviously don't know Fenders as you'd know the Neck and Fretboard are different too.

No other bass has that picup combination, twinned with the active electronics it has, plus that Fender neck isn't anything like any others, only ONE other Fender and that's ONE other has 24 frets.

Anyways, if he preferes Fenders, which he does, they must be doing something his Kubickis did not.
