@Famfriass Pandas are wild animals who aren't used to being in contact with the outside world. Humans might carry germs they picked up from pets or dirty places that won't be harmful for humans, but very dangerous for wild animals. So you can never be too careful.

@IllyBidol Yes, they do need money. The research and breeding programmes are very expensive. The cost to care for 1 panda for 1 year is $5000. The money covers the cost of caretaker staff, veterinary care, medicine and vitamins, and lots of bamboo.
