  • Is the bag good for electronics?

p.s thanks everyone for reminding me why i love the wilderness, because i hate people

  • i love you

  • Missing a knife! Single most important survival tool! Otherwise, good stuff!

  • Cody Mundine's daughter? where's your shoes?

  • Put on your shoes, crazy woman!

  • I love your vids overall, but I did cringe watching you run that saw right next to your bare feet! Be careful, Selika! But I do like the review.

  • Why can't hot chicks that are into stuff like this live in Simsbury?! That would make my life much better.

  • WHY DO PEOPLE BECOME IMPOLITE TO HER ALL OF YOU DONT NEED TO BE RUDE TO THE PERSON ALMOST ALL YOUTUBERS COMMENTS IN HER VIDS IS ABOUT HER BODY PARTS YOU COULD JUST COMMENT HOW COOL THE VIDS ARE PERVERTS

  • @survivethewild100 Amen to that. Stop being pigs people. She is using her time to educate us and all you want to be is assholes. Dont like the video then dont watch it

  • @KosukiFire tnx 4 supporting me ...:)

  • @survivethewild100

Are you a homo by any chance?

  • How much was this kit

  • Uh...Is it just me or is cutting a log with a saw with bare feet and shorts kinda stupid?

  • I came on youtube to look at camping videos, and I've now got a foot fetish. THANKS

  • Where were your shoes!!!! Love watching your vids!

  • hmm nice legs...and usefull saw btw

  • bend ver and show us how that saw wors ;)

  • @whateverujoke i only came here on accident and it isnt fair to begginers to show a how to video or demonstration if you are not going to do it right or even try. I check out videos a lot from many different ppl some are good some are bad and i dont usualy stick around for the bad. i only stayed to finish the show because she is cute. i used to check out her reviews a while back but after checking her out discovered her knowledge isnt quite correct. i dont make a habbit of watching her.

  • "Pealess" ha ha I love it.

  • INDEED YOU ARE A HOTTIE but you do need some work in the knowledge department.

  • Why was I concentrating on your bare legs?

  • Oh, Hi, Hi there, at PeakSurvival, Hi,

The branch which you cut, was "punky", the term for wood which mold or fungus has passed through and having eaten up most of available thermal units, also, it may be too weak for shelter, but, . .. it cuts like butter.

On using tools—here, the saw—no jerking: take long even strokes—like a violinist, her bow—dulling the teeth evenly, and, using your strength to best advantage and safety

  • better to cut down live trees..there may be all kinds of bugs and tics..who knows what..

also the live trees are stronger

  • Just remember there are emergencies that are 1-3 days in duration, disasters which are 3 days to a few weeks then there is the big daddy which will be from weeks to years. I regard my gear as an investment, you can never spend too much. When and if needed the money I spent on gear will be well worth every penny I have ever spent. When you buy your gear have different bags for it. For example you may have a bag just for a quick emergency, a bag for a short disaster and bags for long term.

  • With PeakSurvival's method of showing expertise, I could be a frickin' expert on anything. Today I'm a car expert. I go to an automotive store, pull parts off the shelf and film a video reading the sales pitch on the package. Oh, tomorrow, I'm going to be an expert on carpentry because I'll be filming in Home Depot by pulling stuff on the shelves and reading the packages. If you know how to shop, dude just take off your shoes, turn on the camera and talk like an expert.

  • thx im looking at acouple of survival kits right now!

  • if i ever get lost in the woods, maybe this girl will be there under a tree waiting to rescue me barefooted.

  • can u come camping with me

  • that saw has never even been used, until she did it in the vid, and honestly I'm surprised she didn't cut off her foot. . . two words. . . ARMCHAIR SURVIVALIST!! EPIC FAIL. . . again!!

  • what is the total weight of the saw? Very cool.

  • im wondering why you're barefoot?

  • just image if that stick was your leg ....ouch ...good for ampitation leg removal

  • @gasdorf amputation not ampitation

  • tht?

  • Seemed a bit rushed but a great review of the kit, Thank you.

  • @CaptainFur she always does shorts vids but she covers alot

  • @etekballer14 Agreed. :-)

  • shelter and fire covered?

  • I have that firestriker at 2:54 and it wrks well.

It has not failed me in over two years of owning it.

    5*

  • Gay test, if you were watching survival kit items, you just failed :D

    Anyways, great video.

  • awesome vid, glad to see a fellow girl in survival mode

  • Good vid girl. Very nice. And as several commentors have posted, you do have very nice legs. Now that being said, I can't wait for more vids on ust. :) LOL!

  • chain saw is a good ideal .

  • Loooooove ALL your videos. Keep'em comin'.

  • I am sold!

  • gratzz

  • no shoes + saw.. damn.

  • That chain saw is less effective than a folding saw, IMHO.

  • When I go camping I never come across chicks like this. Plenty of hairy middle aged men but no smokin hot chicks :(.. Where am I going wrong?.

  • @Cytacon You go wrong by not being attracted to hairy middle aged men :)

  • Like the blast match, but having tried both, which would you recommend - blast match or strike force. The striker on the blastmatch looks a bit small-ish, or thin. What do you say @PeakSurvival?

  • do you stealth camp at peak survival homeless situation? what is your outlook ....are you doing these videos to prepare people for a economic collapse

    tent citys?

  • Wowza. :) Do the legs come with the deal? I need to get out camping more often. Looks like things have improved since last time.

  • sabre saw. I have never seen one of those. I am going to have to go order one, because I know those wire saws break pretty easy. The sabre saw will come in handy for areas where you need to get a blade around something or where you can't really reach it with your folding camping saw.

  • where is the video for the signal mirror?

  • @goosezbaa Ultimate Survival starflash mirror is the same mirror that used to be marketed by Gerber, and used by the armed forces. However, they have upgraded the design. They no longer make the old style. It's a good little mirror, yet a little thick compared to something like the mirrors marketed by Adventure Medical, which might be better for a very small kit. I have both. I'm also not impressed with the whistle for the price. I went with a less expensive Fox40 for my whistle.

  • While i love my US whistle. I find none of my kids can get it loud enough to be useful. The good old fox 40 is pretty similar, a lot cheaper and kid friendly :) love the saw, definately worth it!

  • Nice video you met the needs of survivalists and those with foot fetish also :)

  • I would like to see a video of someone lighting that wetfire stuff after pouring some water over it. Just curious if it really does light wet.

  • @digitizer101 hiramcook has a video of tht check it out

  • Good stuff. Thanks.

  • GANDER MOUNTAIN has started carrying alot of UST products, good move on their part.

  • I love love love the bare feet right next to the saw :) I also spend way to much time with sharp objects way to close to my bare feet lol. Good vids.

  • I have one of those and replaced the whistle & blast match with a tool logic sl3. It ends up a little lighter and trades one handed fire starting (which I never had much luck with on natural tinder) for a blade.

  • 2:30 Did you say 70 miles away?

    Nice video.

  • I really like the Ultimate Survivial Technologies products. May I suggest looking at Outdoor Safe products. They have a plastic orange bag (38"x65" 4mil) that makes a great emergency shelter/signal/groundcloth. Thank you for your efforts.

  • Awesome!

  • What happened to the vid quality? :-(

  • @mrmonkeyman50 It's because it just uploaded

  • @PeakSurvival Wow! I see that now. Thanks.

  • @PeakSurvival Hey, could you do a ten essentials kit video.

  • @mrmonkeyman50 Yeah it takes time after the vid uploads to look normal.

  • Your mouth is yummy!

  • @TheCJModule lmao be nice.
