I smile whenever I listen to songs off of "Its Only Rock and Roll", because its one of the first Stones albums I recall listening to. This song always stuck out to me, and its one of the Stones priceless hidden gems, that is rarely played, but greatly appreciated by genuine Stones fans.

Maybe unknown or lesser known to the masses out there, but one of the masterpieces always loved by true Stones fans, including myself. It's got everything - rock underpinnings, great vocal, guitar, organs, ethereal chorus, fine structure. A true gem by the fabulous geniuses. Good music is such a universal thing. I grew up in Korea, not terribly well versed in English in those days(70s), yet was madly in love with them. The Stones was the best of rock to me, the best I found on this planet.

A terribly under-appreciated album. Much better recorded and more coherent than Goats Head Soup (but hey, i love that too!). Time waits for no one is a special song.

@demonsbutterfly You're so right.It was impossible to follow Exile,one of the best records ever made.I was an Exile snob,discounting everything that followed.But this song and so many others have put me in Stones rehab.
