Great! A Lafayette with VU meters. Lafayette Radio Electronics was one of my favorite electronics catalogs. The prices and selection usually seemed better than Radio Shack, at least for the stuff I was buying. They finished out a lot of people's component stereo systems, with additional decks, adapters, upgraded FM antennas, etc. I still use my Lafayette analog multimeter.
I still have my Q 8 Track tape player and Reel to Reel one also. Its a Surround 4 channel Panasonic the 8 Track is and the Reel to Reel is a Akai. Still working good as new.LOL

I used to have it but still works, but nothing happened, since I was erasing my tapes, because it was too noisy.

Never seen one where the tape goes in that far- they usually stick out a ways. Must be fun to eject.
