Will definitely be getting the Galaxy S2 if the leaked specs are true, Apple need to release the iPhone 5 very soon as iPhone 4 and even some of the new tegra 2 Android phones are not the same league as this.

It's funny, hilarious even, when people bash only Samsung for not getting updates on their Galaxy S phone. Why not blame your carrier? T-Mobile finally began rolling out Froyo for their Vibrant. Verizon has Froyo mostly ready(I have it) for their Fascinate. This shows that US carriers are holding out on us. Blame them, not Samsung.

I have Samsung GS with 2.2 Froyo updated and i love it. 2.3 Gingerbread has been released only from Nexus S and theres no Android phone with 2.3 Gingerbread so far, except Nexus S. Remember, Smartphone is for smart people

I will NEVER buy another Samsung phone again. The software that comes with a Samsung phone will be the only software it will have. They want you to buy a new phone to get a newer software operating system. 8 months after releasing the Samsung Epic it is still on Android 2.1 when 2.3 Gingerbread is out.
