i apply my eyemakeup before foundation when using this liner because of the big amount of fall out . bedroom eyes is better for creating a precise smokey " v " in the outer corner . great for darkener up a smokey eye .i wouldn't use it as a liner tho .

I was reeeally happy when I found out this was limited edition, AFTER it was already off the CVS shelves where I would always buy it. I love this stuff, I only use it for my waterline though, because it's the only thing that comes out dark enough to see & that stays on pretty well. Does anyone know if there's ANYWHERE you can find it?

ahh yeah, the product does go all over ur face but if u put it on with your head tilted back it goes on pretty nice, and it looks gorgeous if you put it over normal eyeliner. :)

i love this stuff. :) all you have to do is FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS an it wont smear or fall all over your face.

i love this stuff!i have 3 of every colour cz its limited edition and didnt wna be left out! using an eye base helps it last longer and if u still find it too messy lightly wet the applicator tip, u get way less fall and the finiish is softer and semi dewy. i love u revlon!

i have this, i have the sultry sapphire but when i apply it in the corners of my eyes it starts smearing out through out the hours i wear it. it's so annoying, i have to reapply it, what can i do to not make it smear like that?

to remedy the powder falling all over your face, place a mirror on the counter and apply the liner bending over and looking into the mirror. that way the powder falls down toward the mirror and not on your face!!

this product is a great idea, but probably better achieved with a deep black eyeshadow and angle brush. It is quite messy. If you do use it, definitely complete your eye make up before applying powder to your face so that you can have a chance to remove the excess powder from your cheeks. Revlon... almost got it with this one. Almost.

i tried this and it lasts longer on my bottom line of my eyes than my eyelids and it does get a little messy even if you tap off the excess.

the powder sometimes falls down to your cheeks but either than that it creates a really strong, bold look easily.

i think if you wanna leave it on longer without letting the excess fall on your cheeks is to maybe put some sort of base canvas.

i've just attempted to apply it to my eyes and it is absolutely AWFUL

it went all over the place, and all down my cheeks, even when you tap the applicator it you still have loads on it.

i applied it with a cotton bud instead, it was much better then.
