I know this was some time ago but I like that you're true. People should see the ups and downs so that when (NOT IF) it happens to them, it'll be expected. Thanks. :D
7 weeks after this video - she's still about 100% raw, thanks in part to 80-10-10(mostly fruit diet). It's the easiest way to eat.... and gives you more energy.
Don't give up on raw!!! You'll be able to do everything better if you are feeling well. Raw is easy!! Buy triple washed greens and eat them with a drizzle of EVOO. Have plenty of raw fruit and nuts around for snacking. And you don't have to be a 100% raw vegan to be healthy. Strive to be 75% raw and make the rest healthy stuff. You can do it!! Simple foods are easy and nutritious and quick. A great restaurant meal is a salad, even one with a little meat or fish on it. Please don't give up. Ginny
I hated my job when I first went raw. I was so mad & disappointed & a little paranoid about my job that I really just wanted to quit. I realized that without my job I was not going to get the food done right, so I just worked on going raw & self improvement & now I like my job better even though it's boring and my managers are slow to comprehend anything that I tell them, it's just the vehicle, it's not permanent until I find a path that will work for me. Have a green smoothie, you're stressed
It's sounds like there is a lot of backstory that we are not seeing. Going 100% Raw is a challenge and then adding two businesses in the middle of that. Even Sebastian coming back in your life. Going raw is not just about the food, it changes your perspective and we bite off more than we can chew because that perspective will keep changing, I tell myself no big decisions right now because my mental state and emotional state has not stabilized.
Oh, you have been so wonderful! You've given us all out here in youtubeland so much inspiration. The load of new businesses, the move, the exhusband visiting, you have to be so busy!! Keep that in mind. You are amazing!!
Also, over-working and under sleeping undermines your healthy diet. Diet isn't the only thing that effects your emotional, mental and physical health Which is what your experiment is all about.
It's been shown the more a person works, the less productive the work is.
So, if you can, ease up on work, or end the experiment early.
btw, u may want to look for quick and easy raw meals
i love the lifestyle, but some of the recipes are time consuming not to mention expensive( seen the price of goji berries?...outrageous lol)
if u could get ur hands on it, try ani phyo's book "raw food kitchen", her recipes are a little esier to prepare and last for a few days so u won't have to "uncook" as much during the week
just want u to know u should feel proud of urself hun =) and SMILE
Your making it hard by trying to make food like your used to. It doesn't have to be hard. 100% raw can be easeir and SAVE time by just eating the food as nature made it. Mostly fruit meals.
When you're working so much that you don't have time to eat.....that alone will irritate you. And I heard that the act of chewing(anything) creates a mood inhancing effect.
Hello, dear Therese! Thanks a lot for all your wonderful, sincere and inspirational videos :)! You know...sometimes when a person starts something new in his life which takes a lot of his emotional&physical energy - it's not easy to keep 100% raw food. I understand you very well. People start to go 90% raw (10% is cooked vegetarian food) but when stressful times will pass - it'll be easy to jump on 100% "raw-train" again. I'm wishing you all the best! "Go raw - you know you want it ;)!" Polina.
really, you've done so well! Just look back at your other vids!
I know it might seem annoying now, but just try to stick to it, you'll be thankful later! (:
Oh and, I'm not shunning your dietary choices or anything, but i've heard that eating animal products (raw or cooked) can make you feel angry, fustrated etc..
Maybe you could use coconut water? (as opposed to almond milk, as you said your pressed for time)

No , you don't. Just go 80% raw fruit. That's pretty simple to do.

Oh, No, think of all the people who consider you as a role model.
Here what I suggest, go and have all the cocked food that you can eat. You will feel sick and you wont fell like doing it again.
And remember food is for nutrition not for variety and comfort.

Everyone has bad days. If you want to make it to 120 easily, do a 7 day banana and orange diet. Eating a mostly fruit diet is liberating.

oh no!
listen, i know its hard and can be time consuming (trust me i am a college student on a pre-med)
but u gotta keep pushing....it'll get easier
u don't have to be 100% raw...being mostly raw is enough for now
wish u luck and keep ur head up
