@OoShinkooO Well from what more info I found out about the vid the lady isnt within the city for the leash law to apply(plus if Im pretty sure if he was in the city, he and the dispatcher etc. would KNOW were they were and not have to ask for directions. I mean when you place a 911 call Im sure most officers have some sort of GPS or patrol the city enough to know were they are. Second if she isnt in the city and the dogs on her property it can roam all it wants.

On 2nd take of the video, the officer wasn't told to go to the location, but was asking for directions, most dogs attack tactfully and not just lunge toward the intended target.. It's hard to really analyze the situation without audio, but what can be ascertained from a second watch, it seems to favor less for the cop..

So the dog wasnt doing anything that it normally wouldnt do because thats what it was bred for. The officer should have shot near the dog to scare it off(which normally works) if the animal tried to attack afterwards he wouldnt have been in the wrong. The only problem is he didnt do that.

There are many many incidents like this unfortunately. And if a suspect kills a K-9 Police dog even if the dog is hurting him, he gets jailed for "murdering a police officer". The fact is our dogs and other pets can be like family members to us. If this happened to me I would view it as if the cop had shot a member of my family and he would be dealt with accordingly. There are many many incidents like this unfortunately. And if a suspect kills a K-9 Police dog even if the dog is hurting him, he gets jailed for "murdering a police officer". The fact is our dogs and other pets can be like family members to us. If this happened to me I would view it as if the cop had shot a member of my family and he would be dealt with accordingly. Bruiser? Sounds like a name you would give to an agressive dog. Second, If the dog had been secured behind a locked fence im sure the outcome would have been different. What if this dog were to run out to a child who was walking by? I would have cited the dog's owner for not having him secured.

If life has taught me anything, it's these three words: Deal With It.
If someone has higher power over you, all you can do is bend over and submit, except in this case where she had their nuts in a vise. But if she didn't have the cameras, then no matter how right she was, or how wrong they where, the fact of the matter is that's life, and there is nothing you can do to change the system.
The only way to change this system is to take it down and start anew. If not, it could turn into 1984.

it was obvious to anyone the dog wanted to play. the cop wasnt supposed to be on the property, so he should of been attacked by a dog. and if that was my dog, i would make that cops life a living hell.

Most cops are people with serious control issues, caused by the proffession they chose. I say quit! Overhere the new fashion is that they kill their family because of mental issues: So their own Wife,kids, inlaws arent safe anymore. Just because they can't handle the pressure...Sigh... They pull a gun whenever they can... That's just plain stupid!
