i disagree that hatred destroys everything. at times, hatred exists independent of action and so ultimately, it leads to nothing of consequence. but it does lead to hig blood pressure. but then again, this can be tamed using breathing exercises.

I think conflicts occur as a result of hate.

It would be great if you could show me examples of conflicts without hate.

Conflicts could be of any levels: person vs. person, group vs. group or country/region vs. country/region etc.

Maybe small-scale conflicts are good to talk about because you don't need to write a long thesis on these cases.
