Hi CK2012-- With 7 hours,there's only time to see the capital city (St.John's). In the spring to autumn, there are many sights to see- Cabot Tower on Signal Hill, Quidi Vidi Village, some older churches, Water Street-the oldest street in North America, Bowering Park and the list goes on. I am not from St.John's but generally visits there 12 or more times per year. In the winter or summer the bars/clubs on george Street are a must. Hope this is somewhat helpful
