Nice video, kind of reminds me of the "the Monsters have arrived" video here on youtube. Check it out as the monster towers in Chino Hills have arrived!
The 500KV volts of electricity are passing directly thru our neighborhoods, mere feet from homes. The electricity bypasses our area, heading straight to the LA area. We do not benefit, unless of course losing your home's value, becoming lab rats by living with high amounts of EMF's coursing by 24/7, and the possible dangers of 200' tall poles built on a quake fault "beneficial." YOU are uneducated and ingnorant about this issue. Do your research.
We DO NOT want the transmission lines re-routed through ANY neighborhood. That is a part of our fight. NO neighborhood should be subjected to this kind of MUTILATION. There IS open land. Please make sure to do YOUR homework before commenting on something on which you are obviously ill-informed.
Make sure when you check the YES box at the polls for renewable energy you actually read what you vote on. Sounds kind of selfish to ask for SCE to re-route the lines through some other neighborhood don't you think? This is one of the sacrifices you face when living in an over-urbanized region such as Southern California, and their are no open fields to put such towers.
I am sorry you are so miserable. Perhaps you can find a more positive and healthy outlet for your anger that will benefit you and others. You may live longer. You should also understand that this isn't just about Chino Hills. Many other communities that have existed much longer than ours will be affected, or could be one day. The easement, exisitng since 1941, was intended to be used for regular size distribution lines that people were aware of. Not 200' 500KV transmission lines.
Mutilation of Chino Hills subdivisions? Chino Hills at one time had a wilderness preserve, but subdividers won out and a State Park was devised, so everyone can build right up to the borders, now people who bought subdivided crappy houses complain about public utility easements not being abandoned? People now demand that Chino Hills State Park be subdivided for what? Chino Hills is a crap zone

Wow! The only thing that's missing is blood! And SCE will have that on their hands if they continue this madness!
