The marriage part is wrong but yes you would need a visa. Usually, a person would apply for a work visa or religious pilgrimage visa. Also, I believe Saudi Arabia has different policies depending on which country you're from.

So it would be easy to get a business excursion visa if you're from a western country but the same can't be said for other countries.
