Quick Q&A so if the dead will be caught up first then where does there soul rest until because the scripture says to be absent from the body is to be present with God so what happens when we die before he comes

I am ready for a pre-trib rapture or post-trib, but I've always believed a pre-trib. I see both arguments, but I hate the fact that fellow christians argue with each other over this. One thing I would like a post-trib believer to answer is this: Who will populate the Earth in the Milliniumn?

@stang1199 The survivors of all the nations that come against Israel in that Day. Read Zechariah 14. I would like to ask you the same question since you are a pre trib believer. As a pre trib believer, who will populate the millenium? If you say tribulation saints, you are incorrect.

@reignwithchrist not trying to start a debate...but to answer your question the ones that will populate Earth in that day are the ones who came to know Jesus after the rapture and the ones who survived the tribulation. You are correct in the fact the tribulation saints wont populate the Earth because they are in Heaven when they die for Jesus in the tribulation.

@stang1199 Well, we know that when the "rapture" happens there is also a resurrection. It's described in 1 Cor 15:50-55. Rev 20:4 "And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and [I saw] the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received [his] mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

@stang1199 Therefore, since this is described as the first resurrectin in Rev 20:5 this must be the same resurrection described in 1 Cor 15:50-55. The 2nd resurrection happens after the 1000 year reign.

Do you believe that a physical resurrection happens at the rapture? If you do, and you believe that this is not the same resurrection, now you would have us believe that there will be several resurrections. The bible doesn't teach this. This all happens at 2nd coming of Christ.

@reignwithchrist dude- I am a fellow Christian- I believe in Jesus and he died for our sins and I believe he rose again on the 3rd day- if you want to debate that- that is fine- but dont let anger cause you to debate another Christian on this subject- If you believe that then fine- either way I know where I will be when I die or am raptured. I may not know when, but I will know how.

@stang1199 dude, I am not angry either. Why would you assume I was angry. You asked a question about who populates the millenium if post trib is true and I answered it. That was like 2 weeks ago. If you don't want people to try and answer a question, then you probably shouldn't ask questions. I posed the same question back to you from a pre trib perspective. I don't see the issue. I apologize for giving a response to your question.
