Those japanese subtitles are pretty much admiring for Billy Herrington and their comments on his DVD. They mostly ignore what those famous people actually saying.
For instance, Kart Cobain is talking about his episode when he was making music for Billy Herrington's DVD. Spielberg is admiring Billy's acting by comparing to Japanese Kabuki actors.
So, they're basically having Elton John, Fidel Castro, George W. Bush, Saddam Hussein, and others, talk about Billy Herrington with Japanese subtitle? Brilliant! I only now wish I knew what the subtitles were saying.
And now I know how the German speaking lot feel when watching the Downfall Hitler parodies.
It's fucking awkward, but it just makes this video even better.
