This is a ESPN International broadcast. Look on the Jumpball (5:59). The commentator names appears (Spanish, Portuguese and English announcer team).

I think this is an international broadcast or something. I got it from someone who lives in Netherlands. If you notice, at times it will say:
"VOICE OF: George Karl"
or someone, but it will still be the voice of the two (foreign?) announcers.
