i will tell you what this movie taught me, responsibility, as kids we don't pay much attention to it, but as we grow up we must take on the responsibility for ourselves and others, also it taught me that some peoples hate and jealously twists and poisons them, and it eventually leads to them destroying themselves. when Simba fights scar, he is becoming the king he was meant to be, scars death is ironic but tragic becasue his hate and jealously consumed him and ended in his own demise.

Some hateful and greedy people actually live long and successful lives. Not all of them destroy themselves. Hate can als be justified if it's for a noble cause.

@McLarenMercedes just for your information i know jealousy is spelled that way, I accidentally hit the wrong key. Also i was using scar as an example, becasue he was jealous of Mufasa being king and not him, and then of simba for being the next in line, his jealousy turned to hate. he could have stepped down, or fled and lived that long life somewhere else, but he couldn't let his hatred go and forced a conflict which ended in his death. there was no noble cause here, or any excuse.

2 things that I should point out.

Simba claims he is not like Scar, but just like Scar, he tells Scar to "run away and never return."

The Hyenas DID miss understand Scar at the very end. He said what he did to get the upper hand which is why he actually attacked Simba as he walked away. If Scar had meant what he said, he woulda just kept walking.

This just proves that no matter how powerful your idiots are... they are still idiots.
