A completely multi-player game based around team-oriented combat and objectives.

Also as you can see from the players in this, good players use the "skiing" exploit by hitting spacebar as fast as they can while going up a hill, and jetting.

It has many different mods for it, and is currently free to download as a Tribes: Vengeance promotion.
