When I lived in London we use to run across drunks in Picadilly Circus and Leicester Sq. They would communicate with one another and try and engage you for a few spare coins. They talked just like these two guys. We use to call it "Bomber Language". Translated it means a word or two followed by lots of mumbling. I think these guys speak "Bomber" very well.
