well done! Your videos are top notch - ive actually made this flat bread and i have to vouch for it. Tried it with some garlic-lemony humus that I didn't process all the way because i was lazy, so it still had little bits of chick peas in it - it actually turned out better than humus thats blended too well. Moral? - laziness + flat bread = win
thought flat bread where unleavened bread flat bread, bannock ect
flour
water
salt if wanted
mix
need out pinch out roll think heat on a pan (flat breads)
wrap in tea towel if wanted for a wrap
mmmmmmmm
