I for one refuse to conform to the norms of society, not because Im Anti Social but I dont like the norms of society, most people fuckin' repulse me. Who can stand boredom? Yes, in 2004 I was diagnosed ASPD with Severe clinical depression. Its all bullshit.Who can look around at the world today and be happy.Im a musician and music has died, of course Im depressed borderline suicidal. Yes, I was abused as a kid,just because I fit their mold they can label me.

Emos being antisocial? Isolated being antisocial? What the fuck? People who are antisocial are not loners they tend to be very charming and manipulative they are usually someone that can easily talk you into doing anything you want. The loners are usually schizoid or shy.

i think you need to do a little bit more research, aspd is diffrent and unique for each and every one of us, some feel some dont, some manipulate some dont, and it is all at various degrees, not one can feel the same feelings as the other.

as far as I know, socipaths are not isolated at all. They're socially skilled manipulators who take advantage of other people. Emo kids are just social retards, that's all. They're not sociopaths.

There is a difference between sociopath behavior and antisocial personality disorder. Sociopath behavior will first occur during pre-adolescence age. The brain becomes altered with man made thoughts and reasonings. Manifestations.

Antisocial personality disorder is a mental conditioning. For example somebody becomes cranky and they decide to remain cranky afterwards. Many people inflicted with bipolar have personality disorder. A cure for personality disorder is "Grow up and get a life".

It's too simple. There are multiple variables that interact and contribute to the development of mental illness. To say people "mentally condition themselves" by which I believe you to mean that people create mental illness in themselves (perhaps via how they think?), is oversimplified and much too general.

Norms of society are conventions, conventions are inventions and inventions are not absolute. If somebody is sick because he critically does not follow like a stupid sheep the crowd in what is always changing anyways, then any behavior disliked by some can be medicalised at some point and we might just wake up living in a dehumanized, depersonalized Brave New World. Then if I am sick but can refrain from braking the law is my business to live with it, I need no help against my will!!!

Actually, this is the correct definition of antisocial personality disorder, according to the DSM-IV. People often say that they are being "antisocial" when what they mean to say is that they are being "asocial."
