What exactly is the cake liner?

Is it different than liquid eyeliner?

Cake like looks very similar to eyeshadow in the pan or pot, but it has little to no color payoff, if swiped with a brush. You must activate it with some sort of water or liquid, creating a kind of paint....I love the control you get with cake liner.

if you really want to fade out your eyebrow this will sound a bit crazy but if you a brow brush and get it a little wet and put some soap on it ( i know sounds nuts but it works) this is what i do for my clients who like there eyebrows faded.

well, it definitely has to be cut a certain way. it's all about cut, products, and if those are in place, styling is easy. when you get your hair cut, your stylist SHOULD show you how to style it, and give you product suggestions.
