if I spawn it, 2 things might happen, either the crashes, or it's just a non-drivable prop. I also got the HoverBoard tool but it doesn't show any options so I cannot spawn any working hoverboard. Do you or perhaps somebody else know how to fix this? D=

i have the same problem. it is most likely that your video card is not so great. i had to set -dxlevel 90 in my startup settings so it wouldnt crash on me. Other than the water problems, it shouldnt be too much of a problem.

To make them MOVE, you need the NPC. You got the ragdoll model I guess.

haha I went through the same thing.

just check in your tool menu, it should be there, called hoverboard, then you like spawn them and go on them and shit. and if that doesn't work make sure you put it in the right directory.

Spawn your hoverboard by going to the "entities" tab instead of the props tab. It should be in there, and it should work fine.
