It's an obvious fake. Look at where the second "UFO" gets near the water. The spray starts on the top of the "UFO" and is to far away from the "UFO" to be real. Sloppy work.

I have several clues as to how its fake:

1: newsreel has no scentence finishing before the first word of the next scentence

2: the !? is used in the newsreel; not professional.

3: there is no station given news "1" dosen't exist

4: no newscaster speaking over the video. considering thjat the vid has no sound; this is espically odd.

5: newsreel repeats itself... asking "is this for real"

I would have to say CGI based upon the smoothness of the camera and the sharp, defined edges of the objects. Also the "skin" of the objects appears painted on.
