you wont be able to upload imovies to youtube.....you have to upload it as a quicktime movie....it loses some quality but works great.

you can def edit the video on imovie.......syncing an audio track with a video i am not sure....my best guess would be to use the time line at the bottom with the audio and mess around with that to try and create a sync or maybe there is a sync audio tool.
