@gnossticc LOL! You're funny. I fish on my time off from work and 90% of the time I release what I catch. Fishing is a sport and I DO protect what I do by releasing what it is I catch. I'll say it again: Fish don't have a lot of nerves around their mouth, so they don't feel that much pain if they do at all. They feel a tug and are like 'WTF?' and try to swim away. Also, people fish to live. So fishing is more then a 'hobby,' it's a way of life. Get your facts straight. And who uses 'nincompoop?'

Sucks but gladly hooks in the arm are barely felt. I had a couple caught in my years (always a noobs fault) and they didn't hurt at all. Shots hurt more than that for me.
